Imix is the nawal or guardian spirit of the great ocean, and all of the miraculous creatures – dolphins, whales, porpoises – who live therein. The ocean is a universal symbol of the collective mind – as such, its symbolism crosses all cultures and is universal. But dreams and visions may be treacherous as well as enlightening. Without proper intent and focus, they may lead us astray.
